Joseph Suidan - PANEL CHAIR, Head of Ground Operations, IATA, Canada

Speaker Biography: Joseph joined IATA in July 2008 as Assistant Director, ISAGO. In 2011 he became Head of Ground Operations at IATA, having under his remit the AHM (Airport Handling Manual and IGOM (IATA Ground Operations Manual). Before joining IATA, Joseph spent close to seven years as Airport Manager Canada for Austrian Airlines. Prior to that, he served as Regional Manager Sales and Services and Head of Toronto and Montreal Stations for Royal Jordanian Airlines for 17 years. During these years of service, Joseph worked very closely with the commercial and industry affairs departments of various airlines, regulators and airport authorities of Canada, Austria and Jordan. Joseph has served extensively on various conferences and committees during his years with the airline industry. He was also a Member of the AOC (Airline Operating Committee) for 10 years in Canada.
 
Michael Denoff, Analyst Ground Damage Assessment, United Airlines, USA

Speaker Biography: Mike is currently United’s Analyst, Aircraft Ground Damage Assessment, with the responsibility of managing aircraft ground damage investigations involving United and United Express aircraft worldwide. As part of Mike’s current role, he must conduct and assist locations with aircraft ground damage investigations, review investigation findings, and work with multiple divisions on identification and subsequent development/implementation of corrective actions. Mike is also responsible for communicating/reporting aircraft ground damage performance and trend analysis throughout the enterprise. Mike has over 10 years of experience with United in operational and safety roles at headquarters and airport locations.
 
Groundforce Portugal

Speaker Biography: Paulo has 27 years of experience in the aviation business. He began his career as a technician in the Portuguese Air Force. In1990 he joined TAP Portugal and worked in several areas, including Ramp-side, Crew Planning, Crew Rostering, Flight Dispatch, Operations Control Centre and Hub Control Centre. In 2008 he joined Groundforce Portugal as General Operations Manager, where he is responsible for all Handling and Cargo Operations. Paulo has a degree in Aviation Business Management, and a post-graduate degree in Air Transport Operations Management.
 
Antoine Rostworowski, Director, Industry Relations, Aéroports de Montréal, Canada

Speaker Biography: Antione graduated in Fine Arts from Concordia University in 1987 and from HEC Université de Montréal in 1991. He has more than 20 years' airline/airport experience at the management level in operations, marketing and finance, and is presently Chair of the ACI World IT Standing Committee. Antione worked for Canada 3000 Airlines and Air Canada, and then joined Aéroports de Montréal’s Business Development department in 2003, having as a main objective the identification of new types of products, services and technologies to be introduced at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, to improve passenger process, increase revenues and anticipate the evolution of the installations according to technological changes in the industry. For the past year he has been very involved in a new subsidiary of ADM called Aéroports de Montréal Services or ADMS, which provides various airport services, from operations to real estate and airport management.
