Al Lyons, Firmwide Director of IT & Electronic Systems, HOK, USA

Speaker Biograghy: Al has more than 25 years of experience planning, designing, commissioning, activating and optimising all of the technology-based systems typically found in the built environment. He has lead and worked on airport projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, including: Pearson International Airport in Toronto; JFK International in New York; Dubai International Airport in the UAE; Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. Al recently became the Firmwide Director of IT & Electronic Systems at HOK, a global architectural and engineering firm with several successful airport projects around the globe. He looks forward to discussing emerging and future trends with friends and colleagues at the conference, and to working with colleagues and airports to develop new ways of leveraging technology to generate non-aeronautical revenues and improve passenger experience.
