Speaker Biograghy: Alexander is a Founding Director and Lead Consultant of RC Perret. Through his independent consultancy work Alexander has built long-term relationships with clients around the world who trust in his ability to help them capitalise on each opportunity. He has been involved in the acquisition, divestment and development of over $15bn of major transport infrastructure – from Brazil to Siberia. Alexander is passionate about transport and takes a special interest in transport infrastructure projects that support transition and development in emerging markets.
