Glyn Hughes, Director, Cargo Industry Management, IATA, Switzerland

Speaker Biograghy: Glyn has global responsibility for stakeholder relations and driving a number of IATA projects, including business development and strategic priorities. He previously headed the IATA Cargo Agency and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) programmes, growing the CASS network to cover more than 80 operations in over 75 countries, processing more than 18 million AWBs with a combined settlement value in excess of US$29bn. Glyn originally joined IATA in the UK to launch CASS in 1991, and is now based in Geneva. He is a member of the IATA Cargo leadership team and dedicates a large amount of time to providing training on compliance issues.
