Speaker Biograghy: Mike is currently United’s Analyst, Aircraft Ground Damage Assessment, with the responsibility of managing aircraft ground damage investigations involving United and United Express aircraft worldwide. As part of Mike’s current role, he must conduct and assist locations with aircraft ground damage investigations, review investigation findings, and work with multiple divisions on identification and subsequent development/implementation of corrective actions. Mike is also responsible for communicating/reporting aircraft ground damage performance and trend analysis throughout the enterprise. Mike has over 10 years of experience with United in operational and safety roles at headquarters and airport locations.
