Speaker Biograghy: Olivier joined Aeroports de Lyon in 2009 to build the Customer Experience Department. He set the international ASQ survey as a strategic indicator for the airport, bringing a culture of benchmarking, questioning and progress. Since 2013 he has been in charge of developing a culture of innovation in the airport by leading a team around customer experience issues.
