Speaker Biograghy: Rick Blatstein is founder and CEO of OTG. Rick's insight into consumer trends, focus on customer experience, and ability to deliver innovative concepts have led to partnerships with leading airlines and the largest chef collaborations and design innovations in the airport space, including redefining holdrooms. His emphasis on quality and hospitality has led to creating over 200 locations across 11 airports in North America. With over 30 years' experience in the hospitality sectors, Rick routinely consults on panels (Trinity Forum and PHX Symposium) and was recently given the 2014 FAB Judges’ Award by the Moodie Report for Driving Innovation in Airport Food & Beverage.
