Eric Tan, Vice President, Changi Airports International, Singapore

Speaker Biograghy: Eric is a principal consultant (commercial), where he conceptualises and executes retail layout configuration, product mix configuration, tender documentation and evaluation, commercial revenue generation and line management. He performs business development, where he identifies, negotiates and secures consultancy contracts. He also participates in investment bids, where he conducts technical due diligence to identify, evaluate and grow the commercial revenue. Since December 2003, Eric has completed various consultancy programmes for airports in China including Changsha (2007), Chengdu (2004, 2008 and 2009), Qingdao (2006), Zhengzhou (2011), Chongqing (2012), Nanjing (2012), Ningbo (2012) and Kunming (2013). Besides consultancy programmes, he has performed billable commercial due diligence on airports in Russia, Eastern Europe, Japan, Europe, Philippines, Vietnam, Fiji and Maldives. In November 2011, Eric was the lead Technical Specialist (Commercial) in the bid for Guarulhos, Viracopos and Brasilia.
