Speaker Biograghy: Gediminas has been CEO of Lithuanian Airports since July 2014. Prior to this, he was CEO of Vilnius International Airport and was in charge of merging three Lithuanian international airports into an airport network. He has a legal background with academic experience at the Copenhagen Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management in the field of business negotiation ethics, cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution. Since 2006 his legal practice has been focused on aviation law in the region of Baltic States, serving major regional carriers and airports. Before joining Vilnius Airport, Gediminas worked for several years at Copenhagen Airports in the area of CSR and corporate sustainability. Since 2004 Gediminas has served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Swiss-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. He was also elected to the board of ACI Europe in June 2014.

Synopsis: Reshaping the business of a regional loss-making airport into an industrial park.
