Speaker Biograghy: Etienne is a leading independent expert in the domain of airport CDM and SESAR, with 18 years' experience in the air transport industry. He developed and led A-CDM implementation at Schiphol Airport, covered A-CDM and airport performance on behalf of the airport trade association ACI Europe, and was one of the key developers of the SESAR Airport Operations Management concept on behalf of SEAC. He founded e10CDM Aviation Consultancy to offer independent consultancy to airports, ANSPs, airlines, ground handlers, international organisations and system providers in the area of sustainable airport operations management and process redesign.
