Speaker Biograghy: Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the building and civil engineering field, specialising in major infrastructure and transportation projects. He has led the planning, development, design, procurement, construction and project management on a diverse range of multi-disciplined infrastructure projects, from airports and buildings to tunnels, bridges and roads. Kevin has been part of the client organisation project management team at Hong Kong International Airport for over 20 years. As the Deputy Director, Projects, he is responsible for major capital works projects of the Airport Authority Hong Kong.
