Synopsis: To create a better access proposition for customers, airports first need to understand their passengers' travel behaviour. GARA has started to conduct a Global Airport Passenger Surface Access Survey on how airports are collecting and analysing this information. This presentation will look at methodology used worldwide to collect and analyse airport access mode share data, and what benefits this information brings to airports.
