Speaker Biograghy: Dr Ryan has chaired the Concession Sessions at Passenger Terminal EXPO several times and spoke at the 2015 conference. She is CEO of Decision Services International and consults with airports on concession masterplans and strategic planning. She represents Metalsmiths Sterling, a luxury sterling silver jewellery company, entering airports in North America. She is a past professor and Dean of an aviation university and teaches at various universities as well as conducting research projects. Dr Ryan created the Concession Certificate programme for ACI World and currently continues to be the professor of record for that programme. She is former staff at several airports, the last position being Director of Commercial Operations at MIA.
