Speaker Biograghy: Annie works in the business department of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TTIA) Corporation, which is the main landside operation team at TTIA. For the past two years she has been managing the airlines and on-the-ground business by coordinating and allocating resources to provide a good travel experience to passengers. Currently, facing the rapid growth in passenger numbers, she is dedicated to optimising the management and maximising the facility utilisation to resolve the problem of terminal capacity deficiency.

Synopsis: Due to the rapid growth in passenger numbers (January-June 2015, 7.02% growth compared with same period last year) and limited resources, Taoyuan International Airport needed a way to optimise the utilisation of airport check-in counters, reduce the long queues and also provide good service to passengers. The airport is working on a system to allocate check-in counters automatically and more efficiently, and will share its practical experience with the audience.
