Martin Augustin, Head of Processes, Terminal 2 Management Company Munich Airport, Germany

Speaker Biograghy: Martin has more than 10 years' experience in the airport business. During his studies of aviation management he worked in different departments of Munich Airport. Afterwards he worked for the quality department of Munich Airport for three years, where he was responsible for the aviation department. There he put the main emphasis on process analysis, implementation of key performance indicators and measures derivation. In 2012 he joined Terminal 2 Gesellschaft mbH & Co oHG as a consultant for processes. Since 2014 he has been Head of Processes. The areas of focus in this department are continuous enhancement of quality, increase in passenger satisfaction and, of course, improvement of terminal processes.
