Speaker Biograghy: Paul is an IATA award winner (Passenger Innovation) and International speaker who works with some of the largest and most renowned airports around the globe. Developing scalable social strategies, he empowers airports to communicate to millions of passengers via social media. Originally from the UK, where he held senior roles working for a global data analytics company, he now uses his niche and extensive background in technology and data to ensure social communications are relevant and personalised. His company, TIC, consists of a team of dedicated professionals located in Ireland’s largest Innovation centre. Paul is now located in the popular seaside town of Kinsale (Ireland) with his young family. He is an ex-rugby player now turned coach for the U8s at Kinsale RFC.
