Antoine Rostworowski, Director, Airport Customer Experience and Technology, ACI World, Canada

Speaker Biograghy: Antoine graduated from Université de Montréal at HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales) and holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has 25 years' airline/airport experience in Operations, Marketing and Finance. He worked for Canada 3000 airline, where he managed operations for Montreal and certain other regions. He later worked for Air Canada’s Corporate Real Estate department, managing installations as well as rates and charges at different airports. On the airport side, he worked for Aéroports de Montréal’s (ADM) Business Development department, having as his main objective the identification of new types of products, services and technologies to be introduced to improve passenger processes and increase revenues. He joined ACI World as Director, Facilitation and IT in early 2015. His responsibilities include Airport Security, IT, facilitation and the ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme.
