Michael Zaddach, Senior Vice President Information Systems (CIO), Munich Airport, Germany

Speaker Biograghy: Michael is responsible for the Systems Development, Systems Operating, Telecommunications and Networking departments at Munich Airport International. After he completed his Communication Engineering studies, he worked for several companies including Siemens, AEG and Debis Systemhaus. At these companies he was responsible for example for systems development, product line management and consulting. At Debis Systemhaus he led a business unit for IT consulting services from 1997 until 2000. In this function he was also involved in many planned outsourcing projects of Debis Systemhaus.

Synopsis: Panel Chair: Antoine Rostworowski, Director, Airport Customer Experience and Technology, ACI World, CANADA Data update, data exchange and BI are at the forefront of many industry discussions and debates. The Airport Community Recommended Information Services (ACRIS) provides the required standard to utilise the web to share various information. The ACI ACRIS committee has been working with key industry players and associations to define standards to exchange data and to communicate more effectively and efficiently with each other. Various projects using ACRIS have been deployed at different sites such as: ACDM, baggage drop and seamless travel. This presentation will provide an overview of ACRIS and share examples of best practice.
