Speaker Biograghy:
Ricky holds an MBA and is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years' experience, within which over 20 years have been on the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of airport infrastructure, facilities and systems. He is responsible for managing the Authority's infrastructural assets at Hong Kong International Airport, and for delivering airport development projects.
