Speaker Biograghy: Anne has 15 years’ experience designing and engineering airports with particular focus on terminal capacity, passenger processing and baggage handling. She has worked at all stages of airport developments from investment and planning to implementation and improvement of current operations. Over a year ago, Anne joined IATA to consider passenger experience from the airline perspective, rather than just the airport’s. In her role for IATA’s Fast Travel programme, Anne works closely with airlines, airports and regulators across the globe to increase the self-service offering for passengers.
