Speaker Biograghy: Henriette joined Copenhagen Airports in 2015 as responsible for implementing an asset management framework within the IT asset area similar to the construction assets. Her background is within the IT industry, where she has been working for almost 20 years playing different roles in different companies, the main one being IBM. She has a deep experience in driving and implementing change, including technological changes with innovations that have great impact on the business; for one of these innovations she has been granted a patent in Europe and the USA. She also has experience with securing organisational change so the organisations are aligned with the strategic and business objectives. She is new to the airport industry, but the IT processes and challenges are the same and she sees great synergies and opportunities to bring her experience to bear in this industry.
