Douglas is an airline industry veteran with 23 years' experience. He assisted in launching Virgin America nine years ago, opening up the Las Vegas and Orlando stations; he also worked in the Operations Control Center. He currently has oversight of guest relations, central baggage and continuous improvement at corporate headquarters in San Francisco.
