Speaker Biograghy: Paula has managed the customer relations department at Bratislava Airport since July 2014. She is responsible for all communication between the airport and passengers, travel agencies and visitors, including their comments, complaints and requests about the airport or handling process. She also supervises the team of customer service agents at the information counter and in the lost and found department.
