Speaker Biograghy: Paul is the Senior Director for Strategic Account Management at L-3 Communications’ Security and Detection Systems Division. He has worked at L-3 for 10 years, providing oversight for the development of security screening technology as well as managing TSA contracts. His work on TSA programmes includes the qualification and deployment of passenger screening technologies and checked baggage explosive detection system (EDS) for use throughout the USA. Prior to his position with L-3, Paul led engineering design projects and business operations for transportation infrastructure design firms in the USA and Europe. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts and received a Master’s degree in Engineering from Northeastern University.
