Eero Knuutila, Head of Service Development, Finavia Corporation, Finland

Speaker Biograghy: Eero is responsible for the development of passenger experience and services at Finavia, operator of almost all of Finland's commercial airports – including the leading North European transfer hub between Asia and Europe, Helsinki Airport. His passenger service development responsibility comprises all relevant aspects of passenger experience, including digital channels, premises, processes and self-service, customer service and passenger analytics. Prior to joining Finavia, he worked for over 10 years in the ICT industry in sales and development roles in startup and multinational corporation environments. He holds an MSc (Eng) in Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology (today Aalto University).
