Speaker Biograghy: Pedro joined ANA in 1989, working as Airport Operations Officer at Ponta Delgada Airport, Azores Islands, until 2000. In 2001 he was appointed Operations Manager at Dili International Airport in East Timor, by ANA, in a Portuguese joint venture under the United Nations. In 2002 he was appointed Head of Operations at Faro International Airport, running airside, landside planning and operations and airport slot allocation. In 2007 he was appointed Operations Manager responsible for all operational processes, including ARFFS, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Service. In 2010 he became Business Continuity Coordinator at ANA Aeroportos de Portugal SA. He also acts as Deputy Airport Director.
