Speaker Biograghy: Celine is a graduate of the French Oil Institute in Paris. She started her career in aviation back in 2004 at the European Commission, where she worked on the regulatory aspects of international air transport services. In 2007 she joined the European Cockpit Association, where she took multiple roles in the fields of aviation safety, industrial affairs, external relations, security and facilitation. Her major success was the introduction of the first ever labour clause in an international air transport agreement, which later became a standard clause. In 2015 Celine joined the IATA Aviation Security and Facilitation Policy Team in Montreal, ensuring the liaison with ICAO AVSEC activities. Celine is now project manager responsible for development of the lifecycle of transformation concepts related to the end-to-end passenger journey including the ‘ONE Identity’ and ‘Single Token’ projects. She is also in charge of biometrics, passenger facilitation and border control matters.
