Jean-Pascal is a Research Professor at Sorbonne University, Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France. He is also the creator, founder and Scientific Director of tbmaestro SA, based in Montreal (Canada) and Paris (France). His skills and vast experience of over 25 years as a consultant in Canada and Europe make him a pioneer, an innovator and a leader in the field of physical assets management: buildings, urban and industrial infrastructures. He is serving as an expert for the AFNOR Standardisation Commission on Asset Management, for ISO 55000, ISO 55001 and ISO 55002.

Synopsis: The presentation will introduce an asset management model that we have applied to the Montréal-Trudeau Airport in a risk management programme and considering the financial capabilities of the organisation. It will be a hands-on presentation covering major issues of asset management, asset lifecycle, maintenance cost and capability, and decision-making tools.
