Speaker Biograghy: Juan has been an officer in the Guardia Civil since 1991. His different positions have been related to fighting terrorism, organised crime, economic crime and cybercrime. He is now the Head of Guardia Civil Madrid Customs and Airports Unit, which deals with two civilian airports, three Air Force bases, a dozen airfields and the air navigation in the province. He has cooperated with a good number of international organisations in several countries.
