Copenhagen Airports

Speaker Biograghy: Inger joined Copenhagen Airports in 2006 and has been responsible for Environmental Affairs since 2010. The department works with all types of environmental tasks, including noise, air quality, water quality, soil contamination, carbon emissions, waste, nature, land use planning and legal matters. She is a member of the ACI Europe Environmental Strategy Committee and is nominated by ACI to represent the organisation in the ICAO CAEP Working Group 3. Among other representations, she chairs NISA, Nordic Initiative for Sustainable Aviation. Inger has a Master's degree in Law (LLM).

Synopsis: CPH has a vision to make Copenhagen Airport able to handle up to 40 million passengers a year (26.6 million in 2015). It is a vision to accommodate the growth in a responsible manner. The presentation looks at environmental results achieved so far, and the opportunities and challenges looking forward.
