Speaker Biograghy: Dave is Senior Manager in the Real Estate Consulting practice of Deloitte (NL). He has more than 10 years' experience successfully delivering cross-border real estate transformation programmes across the full spectrum of the asset lifecycle. He advises clients on their real estate and location strategy, portfolio and (digital) property operations. With The Edge in Amsterdam being his home base, he plays a business advisory role within the ongoing transition of the Edge 2.0, actually capturing the promised connected value of the smartest and most sustainable office building in the world; redefining the delivery and management of Connected Real Estate projects; integrating the physical and digital infrastructure within corporate organizations; restructuring the broader RE, FM and IT ecosystem. He is a member of CoreNet Global and holds an Engineering degree from Delft University of Technology with a double major in Real Estate and Architecture, class of 2004.
