Speaker Biograghy: Beverly Lewis has been working in the customer service industry for over 40 years, the majority of which have been in the restaurant industry. She has been working for Alaska Airlines for 13 years, eight of which have been as a Station Manager. She is currently managing Alaska Airlines Station Operations for both Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Orlando International Airport.
